Trainer Role at a Glance

As a Dreadschool Trainer, you are not just teaching the SistaSystem technique,
you are weaving wisdom, empowerment, and community into every lokk.

You will:

  • Have have an established dreadlocking business showcasing exceptional skills
    and experience in the SistaSystem method for at least 1+ year

  • Guide students in 1-on-1 practical training, supporting the full 13-unit
    PRO LOKKTICIAN COURSE

  • Assess their skills using a
    structured certification checklist

  • Set your own hourly rate, manage your schedule,
    and hold space your way

  • Submit final assessments to Dreadschool
    so certifications can be issued

  • Act as a regional mentor and professional
    dreadcraft ambassador in your area

Course Overview

PRO LOKKTICIAN COURSE
Cost: $299 AUD
Includes: Full course access, toolkit, student group, certification

Designed to be completed over 6 weeks with 2-hour sessions, covering:

  2. Hook Holding & Control

  3. SistaSystem Process

  4. Making a Lokk Ring

  5. Base Maintenance

  6. Length Maintenance

  7. Sacred Geometry Sectioning

  8. Decorating

  9. Extensions Attachment

  10. Lokk Surgery

  11. Scalp & Follicle Care

  12. Consultations

  13. Business Setup (ABN, socials, branding)

What You’ll Assess

You’ll observe:

  • Safe OHS practices & body mechanics

  • Hook technique and tension control

  • Clean, consistent SistaSystem process

  • Beautiful symmetry in triangle sectioning

  • Decorative and extension work

  • Confident client consultations

  • Overall professionalism and basic business set-up tips

  • All training materials remain the intellectual property of Dreadschool & SistaSystem
