DREADCOLLECTIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 28/11/2025

Welcome to DreadCollective and the DreadSchool Membership System. By subscribing, joining, or participating in any tier, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Payments, Refunds & Upgrades

1.1 No Refunds or Exchanges

All membership payments - monthly or annual - are non-refundable.
This includes:

  • change of mind

  • changing tiers

  • forgetting to cancel

  • dissatisfaction with inclusions

  • unused time left in your billing cycle

1.2 Upgrading Tiers

If you upgrade after already paying for another tier, I cannot refund the difference at this time.
This may change once a technical solution is implemented.

1.3 Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period you’ve already paid for.

If you require assistance managing your subscription (billing issues, payment failures, updating details), please contact Squarespace Customer Support via their Help Center:
https://support.squarespace.com

2. Community Standards

2.1 Confidentiality

DreadCollective is a private space. Members agree to keep all:

  • resources

  • discussions

  • stories

  • business information

  • files

  • training insights

confidential and within the community, unless something is clearly marked as shareable or shared on the public DREADSCHOOL Facebook Page.

2.2 Kindness & Conduct

This community is built on kindness, respect, and support.
Bullying, harassment, gossip, or harmful behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.

2.3 Autonomy & Responsibility

Members are encouraged to operate with autonomy and independence.
Admins and Crown Keepers may assist with general guidance, but they are not obligated to provide personalised coaching, business mentoring, or one-on-one help unless specified as part of a tier.

3. Membership Inclusions & Expectations

3.1 Evolving Benefits

Memberships exist to support and sustain the work I already do, allowing me to be paid fairly for my time and energy.
Additional perks and inclusions especially for higher tiers will continue to grow and evolve.

3.2 Patience & Development

As new features, collaborations, systems, and bonus offerings roll out, please allow time for everything to be set up, tested, and integrated smoothly.

4. Intellectual Property

All guides, worksheets, graphics, branding, training content, and downloadable materials are owned by VALHALLA DreadSchool / DreadCollective unless stated otherwise.
They may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed outside the membership without permission.

5. Accountability & Liability

Each member is responsible for their own:

  • clients

  • business decisions

  • tools

  • pricing

  • services

  • professional outcomes

DreadSchool and its admins are not responsible for business issues, client disputes, or misuse of resources.
By becoming a member, you agree to represent DreadSchool and the DreadCollective with integrity, mindfulness, and professionalism in all online interactions and social media spaces.
