MENTORSHIP

Our mentorship programs are where the roots of learning meet the strength of community.
In these early stages, new students and Roots members are thoughtfully paired with
trusted graduates or Crown members (ideally located nearby when possible) to create meaningful, real-world connections.

Mentorship may include support with practical course assessments (either face-to-face or virtually), weekly check-ins,
guidance through business setup, or steady counsel while launching a new product or offering.

At its heart, mentorship is not about hierarchy - it’s about weaving knowledge forward.

Community-focused movements thrive when experience is shared, not guarded, and when those who have walked the path turn back to guide the next.
This exchange builds confidence, accountability, and belonging on both sides:
mentees receive grounded support, while mentors strengthen their leadership, clarity, and purpose within the collective.

Through mentorship, skills are passed hand to hand, wisdom is kept alive, and no one has to grow alone.
This is how DreadSchool evolves… not as a solo journey, but as a living network where each crown is supported by the many.
