My intention is to keep this process simple and sustainable, so the collaborative energy stays strong without adding unnecessary pressure or admin for anyone (including me).

There are no submission forms, no email queues, and no approvals required.
This allows everything to flow more freely, led by the people who feel called to participate at any given moment.

To keep the energy grounded, respectful, and supportive:

  • Please post directly into the Facebook group using the category that best fits your offering or request.

  • Communicate clearly, kindly, and in good faith.

  • Manage your own arrangements, timelines, and follow-through.

  • Honour your commitments and treat collaborations with the care they deserve.

  • Remember that Dreadschool does not mediate trades, agreements, or collaborations. This is a member-led space built on trust.

🖤 A Note on Boundaries

To keep this community sustainable, I hold limited presence inside the group.
I check in, I celebrate, and I support where I can — but I am not able to oversee every collaboration or manage ongoing admin.

This structure allows the Collective to grow in a healthy, self-sustaining way, while still giving everyone a space to connect deeply and authentically.
