Dread Collective Code of Conduct

The Dread Collective exists to foster kindness, support, collaboration, and shared growth within the wider dreadlock community. By participating, you are representing not only your own business, but the Collective as a whole.

All members are expected to interact with integrity, respect, and professionalism at all times - online and within any Collective spaces.

We have zero tolerance for:

  • Bullying, harassment, or intimidation

  • Mean-girl behaviour or bitchiness

  • Snarky posts, passive-aggressive comments, or veiled insults

  • Public shaming, gossip, or tearing others down

  • Any behaviour that undermines a supportive and inclusive environment

COMMUNITY SAFETY & INTEGRITY
Dread Collective exists as a safe, supportive, and drama-free space. While we do not exclude based on personal friendships, we reserve the right to decline or revoke access where ongoing external associations bring conflict, negativity, or harmful behaviour into the Collective.
This is not a judgement of personal relationships, but a necessary boundary to protect our members, uphold community values, and maintain a respectful environment.

PUBLIC CONDUCT & ALIGNMENT
Members of The Dread Collective are expected to uphold kindness, respect, and integrity both within the community and in public online spaces.
Publicly engaging with, endorsing, or amplifying content that targets, harasses, or undermines DreadSchool, its members, or its leadership - including likes, reactions, or comments - is considered a breach of this code of conduct and may result in immediate removal without warning.

If your words or actions do not actively contribute to kindness, encouragement, and community support, you will be immediately removed from the Dread Collective without warning or refund.

We rise together, or not at all.
Choose respect. Choose support. Choose community.
